QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience working with youth recreation, education or related field preferred. Previous experience in program leadership or staff/volunteer coordination desired. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including; holidays, nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain Lifeguard Certification and Professional Rescuer First Aid and CPR certification within 6 months of hire. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.


  • Hearing: within normal limits with or without use of corrective hearing devices.
  • Vision: adequate to read 12-point type with or without use of corrective lenses.
  • Must be able to verbally interact with staff, clients and public.
  • Manual dexterity of hands/fingers for writing and data entry.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing > 50% of the day.
  • Walking > 50% of the day.
  • Pushing up to 40 lbs.
  • Pulling up to 40 lbs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensures facilities are safe, clean and equipment operates correctly.
    • Oversees and supervises indoor play area for safety and cleanliness.
    • Facilitate wellness activities for members of all ages.
    • Ability to serve and respond to member requests for sales at juice bar, pro shop and membership services.
    • Provide tours of facility to community as needed.
    • Monitors activities to ensure adherence to facility policy and regulations.
    • Knowledgeable in actively connecting members to services and programming between facilities. Knowledgeable about daily operations within Coeur Center for communication to members.
    • Monitors the scheduling, use, and maintenance of reservable areas throughout the facility.
    • Communicates directly with the community to determine needs and interests.
    • Cross trained with other WC/CC departments and covers when necessary.
    • Knowledgeable regarding trends and techniques for events coordination and planning.
    • Understands Tribal cultural activities.
    • Other duties as assigned.
