You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented chemists. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of Targets products by designing and initiating processes for the manufacturing of Semiconductor products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.This position will be responsible for performing analytical testing to ensure our product meets our customers specifications. Within the Spokane laboratory we have the following testing capabilities that the candidate will have the potential to learn and perform.

  • Atomic Absorption Testing
  • Inductive Coupled Plasma Testing
  • Clow Discharge Mass Spectrometry Testing
  • Alpha Particle Emission Metrology
  • Gas Composition Analysis via LECOKey Responsibilities
    • Run chemical experiments
    • Perform chemistry tests
    • Aid in development of manufacturing procedures
    • Develop and validate quality control test methodologies
    • Provide technical expertise in analytical testing.
    • Provide high quality and timely analysis
    • Generate continuous improvement ideasCompensation & Benefits:

      Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

      YOU MUST HAVE
      • Technical science diploma or equivalent years of experience.WE VALUE
        • Bachelor of Science degree
        • Analytical laboratory experience
        • Some experience in field or related area
        • Basic knowledge of the field's standards and specifications
        • Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
        • Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks
        • Application of basic chemistry techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
        • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
        • Strong problem-solving skills
