About the Position:

Hiring for a commercial Estimator to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. This critical role provides excellent coordination and communication with all team members including customers/clients, sales personnel, estimators and project teams to ensure each project is administratively complete. You can expect an active, fast-paced workday where multi-tasking is essential. The goal is to provide ongoing project management, submittals, and cost control detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.

Requirements:


5+ years of experience in commercial Roofing
Knowledge of a variety of commercial and residential roofing systems.
Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations.
Ability to master new software and systems. Experience with a CRM preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
