*\ Summary *
Aero-Flite is looking for a dynamic IT Support Specialist Level I
with experience to join our team.\ As a Technology Support
Specialist I, you leverage your strong analytical and
problem-solving skills to maintain, update, design and implement
various systems within a production environment. This position
assists in ensuring the company network operations are running
smoothly and troubleshoot any issues to restore services as
promptly as possible. Must be willing to work well with others and
as a team member in an internal customer service role. This
position is not remote based.
*Essential Functions *

--- Respond to support calls and emails from end-users
--- Assist in configuring and managing mobile devices such as
smartphones and tablets
--- Extensive M365 support and maintenance
--- Administration of systems that house confidential data
--- Light Network and System administration troubleshooting
--- Demonstrated ability to interpret the meaning of information
--- Proactive with the ability and desire to problem solve in a
--- Basic function skills related to networking, security, and
--- Maintain tracking of current IT trends with a keen interest in
learning new technology
--- Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery as
well as successful service level agreement accomplishments
--- Ability to provide afterhours support for system
maintenance/upgrades up to 10% of the time

*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work *
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm but will vary based upon

Education and Experience
--- Experience in an IT Helpdesk support role
--- Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with mobile devices
(Android and Apple devices).
--- 1-2 years' experience troubleshooting, maintaining and setting
up Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 operating systems;
--- 1-2 years' experience working with Windows software
--- 1-2 years experience supporting users with Microsoft
