assistance. Ask for details!What You'll Do:Coach, mentor, and train
staff; conduct performance evaluations and address issuesSupport
staff growth by identifying training needs and creating action
plansParticipate in recruitment, conduct orientations, and manage
workflowProvide patient care, document health history, and assist
in procedures and treatmentsCommunicate with patients about
medications and educate them on care plansCollaborate with
healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care
plansPlan meetings, monitor program progress, and review daily
processes for improvementCommunicate with insurance companies and
managed care plans as directedEnsure clinical responsibilities
align with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and
Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC
requirements.Qualifications:Associate's Degree or higher in
NursingOne year's experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is
required; Two years of supervisory experience is preferredWA State
RN license.Dual licensure in WA & OR is required within 120 days of
hire(If an RN license is in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact
(NLC) state, the below requirements apply)Must submit proof of
license in the state of residence.Must submit proof of completion
for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of
onboarding.If relocating to Washington State, obtain a WA RN
license within 6 months of hire. Must update the primary state of
residence within 60 days (applies to anyone relocating to
Washington State)Military Nurses are not required to obtain a Nurse
Licensure Compact (NLC)BCLS certification is required within 90
days of hireSkills:Proficient in nursing principles and procedures
& familiar with medication use and effectsStrong communication,
problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsCapable of
multitasking and prioritizing effectivelySkilled in professional
interactions with patients, families, and colleagues & adept at
addressing diverse patient needsBasic proficiency in Word and
