ID: 1222Location: Spokane, WAZero dB Communications is a thriving company that specializes in splicing/testing and placing fiber optic cables. We are looking for an experienced Construction Admin Assistant that has experience working for a construction company. Responsibilities include payroll processing, reviewing Timekeeping software, recording and tracking PTO and Sick Time, assisting with hiring and termination processes, maintaining vehicle and equipment inventory, and assist with other projects as needed. They will act as the liaison between HR and Payroll and Zero dB employees. Additionally, they must be familiar with QuickBooks to enter all accounts payable, prepare invoices and estimates, and process payroll bi-weekly. Individuals in this role will be expected to promote a culture of communication and accuracy, as well as demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

Pay: Great pay $22-$28 per hour based upon previous skills and experience.

Education/Experience requirements:

Associates Degree in Business, Finance or Management or 5 years' related experience
Experience in Quickbooks
Supervisory and/or leadership experience.

Meet the minimum requirements:

Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company's minimum safety standard
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally at all levels with clarity and precision.
Leadership skills with a strong attention to detail.
Maintain a positive attitude for motivating and engaging employees.
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Keen understanding of various roles throughout the organization.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
Adept at using technology and basic internal and external computer programs such as QuickBooks, Microsoft systems and other cloud-based systems.
Willing to work flexible hours and/or schedule based on working demands.


8-hour shift, Monday - Friday

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment background screening.
