  • 5 years of HVAC Install Experience
  • High School Diploma or greater.
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Must have strong skill-set of residential HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
  • Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
  • Great communication skills with both clients, co-workers, and project managers.
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
  • Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
  • Proven track record in installation
  • Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages.
  • Multitasker who enjoys working in the field with diverse teams on varied projects
