Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for managing service operations and scheduling for our HVAC technicians.Key Responsibilities

• Manage service operations and scheduling for assigned technicians and mechanics
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs
• Communicate with customers to ensure work is performed to their expectations
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Debrief activities daily to ensure completion of tasks and projects
• Ensure all customer account information is up-to-date in NxGen
• Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals
  • Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goalsPreferred Qualifications
    • Associates degree preferred
