Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to provide technical and analytical support to the director of facility planning and market analysis and work closely with clients to deliver sound advice regarding market/demand analysis, volume projections, facility planning, strategy, and design. Essential Responsibilities* Analyze client data to identify trends and improve operations* Prepare financial projections for clients* Prepare reports to track trends and results* Assist with business analytics/dashboarding development* Assist with market sensitivity, market demand, and similar analysis* Help the team to assemble necessary facility evaluations and space analyses* Work with floor plans and create departmental drawings and schematics using PowerPoint* Determine facility needs and strategies to meet those needs* Assist in developing the master facility plan for facilities (hospitals, clinics, health systems) Additional Responsibilities* Assist in creating business development and marketing material* Proposal development and support* Assist in developing internal database for facility planning and market analysis service lines Qualifications* Must have an undergraduate degree (health-related field is preferred but not mandatory) and must be currently enrolled in a Graduate Degree Program* Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply* Strong oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with clients and other staff* Strong academic achievements and leadership involvement while completing education; Strong written, analytical and math skills are preferred.* Willingness to travel to client sites* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other data analytics tools and resources Wipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
