homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have
been damaged by recent and current weather events.Our Project
Managers are experts in identifying potential customers, inspecting
and documenting damaged roofing systems, and most importantly
guiding our customers through the insurance restoration process.

8,000 property owners get their storm-damaged roofs replaced
through their insurance carriers rather than paying tens of
thousands of dollars out of pocket.The Project Manager is
responsible for establishing and maintaining customer and insurance
representatives relationships by developing business through
prospecting damaged homes. Providing outstanding customer service
at all times and reinforcing sales management practices to enhance
all levels of sales and profit. The sales representative will
report directly to their Sales Manager and other leadership. The
individual is expected to make an effort to optimize their sales
performance and engage in activity daily that will facilitate this
goal. 8-week paid training program! Pay: $70,000 - $150,000

Representative at Bartlett:
--- - Disciplined/ Internally Motivated
--- - Passionate about helping others
--- - 1-2 years of sales experience is strongly preferred
--- - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's
--- - Deliver excellent communication to your customers and our
--- - Deliver excellent customer service to your customers
--- - Keep your minimum KPIs met at minimum
--- - Show up to your job on the day of installation
--- - Must be willing to get on roofs to complete inspections
--- - Must be able to lift and set up a ladder
--- - Full-time hours; 40-hour week. (If you are not able to knock
you should be finding a property to pin, learning, assisting
--- - In-person attendance at sales meetings, training, and
--- - Write at least 2 contracts per week
--- - Technology proficient - must be able to utilize mobile
--- - Roofing/ construction experience is a plus
--- - Insurance experience is a plus
