In this Sales & Customer Service role, you will use your excellent customer service experience to develop and grow client relationships, explain Allstate products & services, advise clients on coverages, and help our clients with any insurance related assistance they may need.Eligible for Base Wage + Commissions + Bonus OpportunitiesSalary Range: $55000.00 - $70000.00 per year

  Responsibilities
  
  • Answer phones, politely greet walk in customers.
  • Assist our current customers with service related tasks, including but not limited to: processing payments, making changes to existing policies, troubleshooting billing questions, assisting with the claims process and cross/up selling.
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
    
    Requirements
    
    • Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License, or have the ability to obtain one.
    • Have prior experience in a customer service / sales role
    • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
    • Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage
    • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
    • Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
    • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
    • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
    • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
