position! - -As a Sales Professional - Fiber Internet, you'll sell
our products and services directly to customers through
door-to-door selling. You'll explore various neighborhoods within
your assigned territory, engaging with residents to offer our
Internet, TV, and phone services. If you thrive in an outdoor
environment and prefer a role that keeps you on the move, this
opportunity is tailor-made for you! - -Schedule:Manage your own
40-hour work-week between 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Some Saturdays
may be required during busy event season. -Compensation:Base salary
+ uncapped commission. Targeted earnings from $60,000-$100,000 -per
year or more! -The salary listed for this position is encompassing
of both the base salary, as well as what one might expect to earn
when meeting established sales quotas. -What You'll Do:
- Engage with potential customers: Reach out to both new and
existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and
referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television
services within your assigned territory.
- Conduct sales calls: Identify customer needs, provide relevant
information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to
achieve your sales targets.
- Complete sales documentation: Accurately record and submit
daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and
reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
- Oversee customer accounts: Manage customer relationships from
the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls
to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
- Create community buzz: Organize and participate in community
events to create sales opportunities and increase brand

-BenefitsAssociates scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week
have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k)
plan, and paid time off benefits such as vacation (15 days accrued
per year for full-time; pro-rated for part-time associates working
between 20-39 hours), sick leave (10 days accrued per year for
full-time and pro-rated for all other associates), seven paid
national holidays and one floating holiday, paid parental leave (2
weeks after 12 months of employment), among others. - Short Term
Disability and Long Term Disability coverage is also available for
associates working 30 or more hours per week and Education
Assistance is available to full-time associates. - Associates
scheduled to work under twenty hours per week or for a limited term
(i.e. interns) are eligible for medical coverage, the 401(k) plan
(if 18 or older), as well as sick leave (10 days accrued per year
