Essential Functions of the Entry-Level Territory Management Associate Role Manage the full sales cycle with confidence and care—from first contact through enrollment and smooth onboarding Establish trust and rapport from the first interaction, creating a positive and professional first impression Share on-the-ground feedback about client needs, market trends, and competitor activity to help refine strategy and improve outreach efforts Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of sales activity, client interactions, and territory updates in designated tracking systems Participate actively in all training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities to grow your expertise and drive career progression
