Job Description We have an exciting part-time (24 hours) opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic opening soon in Spokane, WA . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Highlights: Manage only 10-12 patients per day Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size) Focus on outcomes, NOT production Predictable workweek No call Fewer administrative tasks Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience) Qualifications: BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3 years) Procedure experience is a huge plus!
